Thank you so much for sharing these wonderful recipes! My husband and I lived in Turkmenistan for two years and had a wonderful experience there. We are grateful to have been introduced to the Turkmen culture and food. We had friends from Turkmenistan over to our home in New Jersey last night, and I made some of your recipes, including shashlyk. Everything turned out great. Thank you!
